Very cool place. We went for the Christmas weekend and it was so worth it. Going into the lighthouse was like going back in time. I love coming here

Beautiful experience camping right next to the water. Rustic, pit toilets only, very clean and easy to find. The lighthouse is beautiful, and very cool to tour. Beautiful North Port is only a few minutes away, and the drive to and from the park is one of the most beautiful drives you'll ever take.

Beautiful! & if you have a State Recreation pass (which I believe everyone should in this gorgeous state of ours!) entrance to the park is free. You do have to pay a fee to climb the lighthouse, but well worth it! How fortunate I am to call this breathtaking state home!

Semi-rustic, clean, private, spacious sites. Great sunsets, Lighthouse. Northport is a great village.

Hard to say "4 star" and "rustic" in the same sentence, but this fits the bill. Clean park, well staffed and the lots are well spaced so you don't feel you're right on top of others. Great location right on the lake which made for a great breeze on a hot summer night and a beautiful sunset as well
